We want you to love your opal. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within [30] days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging
  • Resized, engraved or custom-made items [cannot be returned / are handled case by case]
  • Please include your order number with the return

How to return an item

  1. Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return
  2. We send you the return instructions and address
  3. Pack the item securely and send it with a tracked, insured service

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within [5–10] business days. [Original shipping costs are / are not refunded.]
